Cleaning and first use: Pour boiling water over the pacifier before first use and let it soak for 5 minutes. Then remove the pacifier from the water and place it on a towel to air dry. Do not use sterilizers, microwaves, or dishwashers. For optimal safety and hygiene, we recommend discarding the pacifier after 1-2 months of continuous use. At the first sign of damage or wear, discard the pacifier. Each Frigg pacifier is also tested for stretch and vacuum.

How to clean the Frigg pacifier?
Proper care is necessary to protect our little ones from bacteria and viruses and to maintain good pacifier hygiene.
- Place the pacifier in a clean container
- Pour boiling water over it
- Soak the pacifier for about 5 minutes
- Remove the pacifier from the water and let it dry
- When the pacifier is sufficiently dry, squeeze out the excess water.
Warning: Do not boil in a pot. Frigg pacifiers are not designed to be boiled, and high temperatures will destroy them. Sterilizers, washing machines, detergents, etc. are also not suitable for cleaning.
How often should I clean my Frigg pacifier?
The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect them from bacteria and viruses and maintain good pacifier hygiene. A baby's immune system isn't fully developed until three months of age. The pacifier should be cleaned more frequently when your baby is 0-3 months old.
The pacifier should be cleaned every time it falls on the floor. No matter how often you clean the pacifier, it needs to be replaced on time.
