SHIPPING COSTS
A contribution of €6.90 is required for delivery costs in Italy.
SHIPPING METHODS
The shipment of the products is carried out via a courier selected by us, for which a shipment tracking service is active, we make sure to provide you with the cheapest and fastest shipping (between 2 and 12 days).
The courier delivers on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours of the Order Confirmation date (if the order is placed before 4:00 pm on a weekday and except in the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances), excluding remote areas.
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier leaves a notification on the intercom/mailbox, notifying the recipient of the delivery. A second delivery is automatically rescheduled for the following day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment is held at the local branch for three business days. On the fourth business day, the package is dropped off at the relevant post office and the postman delivers a notification card to the recipient. The recipient has an additional seven days (working days, including Saturdays) to collect the package from the post office. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it is automatically returned.
We will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with a signature for collection by the receptionist), we will not be held responsible for subsequent failed delivery of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that delivery of the products to that country is not currently planned.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, must be reported immediately by making a specific note on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier;
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
SHIPPING TIMES
Products are delivered within 2-14 business days from the date of receipt of the order if the order is placed before 4:00 PM on a weekday. Any delivery delays may be caused by temporary unavailability of the products, courier service disruptions, force majeure, or holidays. For purchases made by credit card or PayPal, shipping delays may be caused by the inability to collect the authorized amount. The delivery times indicated are to be considered purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself or to request compensation or indemnity.
